Relief Goods Annual Report 2018
In 2018, AVC humanitarian aid transported 1,107 tonnes of aid supplies to 15 countries. In addition, 18,337 Christmas packages were brought to Eastern Europe.
Supply and demand
Logistical peculiarities such as limited storage space, expiration dates, summer temperatures or staff shortages make it a constant challenge to coordinate supply and demand. All the more we are happy about every successful mediation of relief goods to their new owners. We are amazed at all the generous donations that have been made available to us. Thank you so much!
Heroes in the background
More than 120 volunteers work every year to collect clothes, sort clothes in the warehouse, load trucks, pack Christmas parcels and much more. We are especially indebted to them! Because without them our work would not be possible on this scale.
