Hunger aid and education
After years of war, people’s supplies are exhausted. The conditions are unimaginable, and help is urgently needed.
War, terror, unrest: The civilian population suffers; people suffer. Very often it is the weakest - women, children, the elderly, the sick, the injured - who are particularly affected. With our projects we offer shelter, a roof over one's head, food and medical care. This help can be a prerequisite for the people concerned to remain in their ancestral homeland or to be able to return there in the near future. We get involved where we have reliable contacts to local partners. This guarantees efficient help that really arrives. And from time to time we even manage to put a smile on people's faces again.
"Several times, our mobile clinic had to be brought to safety and set up again to treat the hundreds of patients every day who would otherwise not have access to medical care far and wide. In the opposite direction to the streams of refugees, our team travels to the crisis areas - knowing full well that they can become the target of an intended or missed air raid at any time." - Project Manager Refugee Work
